I have just returned from 2 weeks in New York staying in the 1 bedroom apartment on East 38th St. The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. The fittings, furniture and bedding were very stylish and good quality. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the sofa bed in the lounge room was excellent. We had to contact management for a few things and they were superb with their prompt reply and service. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to the subway and all public transport. You can walk to Times Square in 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend or return to this apartment again.

The apartment which we chose was rendered unavailable for some reason, and they very quickly provided a very reasonable substitute. They were very courteous and very professional, they called to check if all was OK upon arrival and before departure, the apartment was in top shape, though some construction was going on in the building.

Excellent accommodation. All the basic items were in the apartment. Very good closet space. The building has a lovely gym on the 35th floor. Location is extremely central; supermarket across the street, restaurants and bars around the block. Would like to mention if you could improve on two things. I only found the mattress of the sofa bed uncomfortable. And in the bedrooms, if you could put darker blinds or curtains as it gets very bright early morning. Overall I would highly recommend the apartment.

We spent 2 weeks in a studio in Murray Hill and had a brilliant time. The apartment was immaculate and a great place to call home away from home. We were in NYC for the US Open tennis and being so close to Grand Central Station made traveling to and from the Open very easy. Great accommodation in Maiden Lane apartments in New York - we got exactly what Metro-Home had described to us in advance, no misrepresentations or white lies - all very refreshing. Service provided by Metro-Home was first class - efficient, friendly and welcoming. We were contacted within hours of arriving to see if everything was OK and to offer assistance with any questions we had about apartment, visiting NYC, getting around city - a nice touch. We would highly recommend MH and apartment living made us feel like New Yorkers - even if only for a week and at a fraction of what it would have cost in a hotel.
